The annual Interhotel Challenge takes their candidates through a week of education and experience with their Grape Glass experience. This week saw the group visit the Bellingham Manor House and were fascinated by the history of the property, founded by innovators Freda and Bernard Podlashuk. Winemaker Ricardo Cloete hosted a tasting of their fun Pandemonium wines while Brand ambassador Danielle de Jongh explained some of the interesting snippets about the Johannisberger bottle whose shape was inspired by the mountain behind the manor house.
